The Munier family acquired this contiguous 17-acre estate above the winegrowing village of Mont-sur-Rolle (La Côte AOC) in 2014. This is where they perpetuate well-established family values and the respect of nature that is passed on from generation to generation.
In practising eco-responsible viticulture, the Munier family daily demonstrates the respect for the estate and future generations that will grow vines in turn. Since 2017, they have banned herbicides from their vineyards and converted to organic production in January 2019. Biodiversity is also one of the main concerns at the Bellevue estate: Many varietals are grown, the new Divico among them, which is disease-free and can be grown without treatment.
The promotion of short supply chains and terroir products is also part of the values of the Munier family, who did not hesitate long before joining the network of establishments certified by Vaud Œnotourisme. Each week, they give a warm welcome to visitors who come to taste their wines. Groups (companies and families) are received in premises that are adapted to larger events or on the terrace offering a view of the vineyards, Lake Geneva and the Alps.
