The Domaine de Verex is located on the side of the cantonal road, between the village of Allaman and the small town of Rolle. It belongs to the region called "Heart of the Coast"
The vines surround the 18th century buildings and are all in one piece. The estate's harvest has always been cellared and bottled at the property.
The Domaine has 22 hectares of which 7.5 are vines. This represents around 47,000 plants, the harvest is around 60,000 liters per year. The rest of the estate is occupied by apple orchards and agricultural plots.
The white Chasselas grape represents 58% of the surface area of our vines, the red Gamay and Pinot noir grape varieties 34%. The Gamaret, Garanoir and Pinot gris specialties make up the remaining 8%.
