The Domaine du Vieux-Toit is nestled in the heart of the Côte in the charming village of Mont-sur-Rolle.
It currently has 4.7 ha of vines. Chasselas is the main grape variety with 3.5 ha. The reds (Gamaret, Garanoir, Pinot noir, Gamay and Merlot) are shared 0.9 ha, Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc 0.3 ha.
The facade and the south roof of the house are classified as historical monuments. The rear part dates from the 16th century. The beams and the central pillar of the press have been dated to the year 1560 by dendrochronology. The southern part is from the 18th century.
