This last part of the Swiss itinerary of the Échappée Jurassienne is relatively short and allows you to fully enjoy the shores of Lake Geneva.
In Gland, you will reach the lake shore by reaching the famous 18th century Château Prangins, which houses the Swiss National Museum and the largest historical vegetable garden in Switzerland! Finally, hikers will arrive at their destination in the town of Nyon, founded over 2,000 years ago by the Romans. Nyon is well worth a visit to discover its history through the town's three museums. A little corner of paradise between the Alps, the Jura, Lake Geneva and the vineyards of the Côte, the largest vineyard in Switzerland.
