In its vineyards, Chasselas, Gamay and Pinot Noir, but also Gamaret, Merlot, Chardonnay, Muscat and Viognier express all their richness. The vines, exposed on clay-limestone slopes, give the wine the much appreciated minerality and are still harvested manually.
