The Cellar is firmly anchored on the slopes of the Vallon de la rivière, Aubonne.
With sunshine due south, kept to the north-west by
the Jura, to the south-east by Lake Geneva, and watched over by the great
tower of Aubonne castle.
The entire harvest is vinified and bottled at the estate and the
11 high grape varieties are entitled to the designation of origin
