“La Barillette” measured at 1,528m above sea level in the heart of the Jura Vaudois Nature Park. It is also one of the favourite spots for hikers to admire the unique panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.
The “Restaurant de la Barillette” also welcomes hikers for regional specialities such as fondue or entrecôte, from May to October.
Perched at the top a new version of the emblematic antenna of “La Barillette” which has dominated Lake Geneva since the fifties.
This place is one of the favourite spots for hikers, during the summer season. The path continues to the summit of La Dôle.
“La Barillette” mountain bike race is one of the most popular sporting events of the calendar (August). The race takes place from Chéserex and arrives at the summit.
