Protected throughout the Jura, chamois are much less shy than their alpine cousins, sometimes allowing themselves to be observed from quite close. To fully enjoy the spectacle of the rut, its superb males and their dizzying pursuits in the golds and bronzes of autumn, we will not need to disturb them: the Dôle offers a relative proximity with them while remaining on the paths.
During a beautiful loop between the Givirine and the crests of the massif, we will take advantage of each encounter or clue to learn a little more about the love habits of our horned friends while enjoying a breathtaking view of the lake and the Alps.
