As for the cuisine, you will be transported to Denmark with an all-you-can-eat buffet that highlights the famous Smørrebrød—typically Danish open-faced sandwiches topped with delicious ingredients such as fish, meats, aged cheeses, and fresh, crunchy vegetables.
You can also enjoy a selection of local products, including fish, pork, poultry, and delicious pastries that will warm your heart and delight your taste buds.
And of course, Brunch Lausanne stays true to its DNA: an all-you-can-eat buffet, a secure children’s area, discounted parking, and a single seating from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to give you plenty of time to relax and share this 4-hour experience without any rush.
