While in the plains, summer is already well established and our favorite plants have become a bit tough, the slopes of the Jura keep a little taste of spring and still reserve us beautiful gustatory surprises.
During this weekend, we will take the time to soak up the colors, the atmosphere and we will get to know the main local plants whose taste and properties are worth the detour. We will cook them in the hut before spending a night close to the sky, facing the panorama of the Alps.
